The FLEXbureau at Radboudumc is responsible for the flexible deployment of staff across various departments. As a FLEX worker, you are officially employed by Radboudumc. Our team of team leaders, planners, and consultants ensures that the right people, with the right qualifications, are assigned at the right time. This allows us to optimally meet staffing needs across departments. Assignments may range from short-term, ad-hoc support (for example due to illness or maternity leave) to longer-term placements.
