When a Participation Job becomes available, we share it with our partners, including the Werkbedrijf Rijk van Nijmegen and the UWV. They publish the vacancies through their own channels, where you can express your interest.

The Radboudumc Health Academy is the education and training institute for everyone working in healthcare. We believe in the continuous professional development of healthcare professionals, which includes lifelong learning to provide patients with the best possible care every day. The Radboudumc Health Academy offers a wide range of (follow‑up) training programs.

Not always — sometimes a résumé is sufficient. In the vacancy, you can see which documents we would like to receive from you.

We regularly receive requests from applicants who are unable to attend the introductory interview. The interview date is part of a complex scheduling process. If you cannot attend, please reply to the invitation with the reason and indicate when you are available. We will then work with you to find a suitable solution.

If the application process does not result in employment, we anonymize your data four weeks after the (most recent) application procedure — unless you have explicitly given permission on the application form to store your data for one year. Yes, many positions are flexible and can be easily combined with school, studies, or private life.

Yes, depending on the distance between your home and workplace, we offer a commuting allowance. You receive € 0.18 per kilometer, public transport (2nd class) is reimbursed in full, and if you work (partially) from home, you receive € 2.45 per home working day. This way, everything is well arranged — no matter where you work.
