Gender balance in leadership

Professors guide education, research, and patient care and serve as role models. We are committed to gender balance and appointed 13 female professors to personal chairs in 2021. We also aim for balanced representation in all leadership positions.

LGBTQ+ Inclusion: Radboudumc Rainbow

Radboudumc holds the “Roze Loper” (Pink Carpet) certification. We promote social acceptance of LGBTQ+ people through codes of conduct, e-learning modules, and awareness on the work floor. This ensures that every employee and patient feels safe and seen in their sexual and gender identity.
